Birdee is a spin-off of Gambit Financial Solutions, a company created in 2007 in partnership with HEC (University of Liège). Gambit is specialized in the development of software in investment advisory, portfolio optimization and risk management.
Birdee provides a 100% digital investment management solution directly to retail consumers (direct B2C) or through 3rd partnerships (indirect B2C) on a Web platform and on mobile devices.
Through a user-friendly interface, each investor can select one or more portfolios that match their profile. They can also get a regular follow-up of the evolution of their investments.
The efficiency of this solution is based on the artificial intelligence of algorithms and on the know-how of specialists that optimize day after day their calibration. To support them, an international strategic committee (made up of recognized experts and scientists in finance and investment) was formed. The main strength of Birdee is thus coming from both the technologic and human know-how working together.

We are looking for a Head of Professional Services to join a great team that values to customers, transparency and excellence in its mind every day.
With the help of Birdee’s COO, you will be responsible to grow Birdee global customer base through direct B2C and through 3rd party partnership (indirect B2C) with a combination of strategies of direct and indirect customer acquisition.
Once a strategy has been commonly validated (e.g. digital marketing plan, a new partnership) you will be responsible to execute this strategy globally. In acting as head of professional services, you will work with Birdee and Gambit’s team members (and potentially with consultants) to design the new functionalities, features and innovations to be implemented.
You will coordinate all the tasks related to these elements, monitor and report its progress.
You will also contribute actively to transversal projects, to continuous improvements, ‘localization’ and functionalities, and to global initiatives.
Although, based on our experience, we have a very good idea of what your job will be, you will have the opportunity to largely create it!

You will report to the COO of Birdee and will be invited to the relevant Birdee Executive Committee meetings.
- Excellent project management, positive and critical thinking, problem solving attitude
- Experience in digital marketing (including client acquisition and retention, digital communication, etc.) and/or business development in the B2C segment is a considerable asset
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Willingness to travel
- 5+ years of experience in B2C project management
- A successful track record in client acquisition through digital channels or partnership
- A degree in business management, economics, finance, IT or other related field with an interest in digital and marketing
