Gambit Financial Solutions est une entreprise créée en 2007 en tant que spin-off de HEC-Liège (Ecole de Gestion de l’Université de Liège).

Cette société spécialisée dans l’édition de logiciels d’aide à l’investissement développe son savoir-faire dans
3 domaines : le profilage client, l’optimisation de portefeuilles et la gestion de risque. 

En 2015, elle démarre son projet de robo-advisor, baptisé Birdee. C’est de ce projet qu’est née en 2017 la filiale luxembourgeoise.

Birdee S.A est ainsi une entreprise d’investissement agréée par la CSSF offrant au grand public une solution de gestion d’épargne en ligne.

Depuis fin 2017, les 2 sociétés (Gambit et Birdee) font partie du groupe BNP Paribas Asset Management mais gardent l’autonomie nécessaire à l’esprit Fintech.

Europe Account Manager

Responsabilités

 

Job description

As Account Manager Europe you will be responsible for the Client Success Management amongst our client management base in Europe.

You will be developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and prepare sales reports.

You will also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have an experience in Account Management or Sales in the financial sector, preferably in a technology (IT) related business, a strong affinity with fintech and finance in general, and a client-oriented mind-set.

The solutions that you will follow are investment advisory solutions for both a face-to-face investment advice that enriches the client-advisor relationship (Squiree) and a 100% digital investment service (Birdee).

Your audience will vary from larger institutions like retail-, mass-affluent- and Private banks as well as small players like IFAs/CGPIs. The latter players will typically opt for our SaaS solution.

You will support the sales team and pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Client Success Management amongst our client management base in Europe
  • Build up a trust relation with our client base, both at management as operation level
  • Regular contact, visit and follow-up of customers with products in production and/or with ongoing project
  • Connect to our customers to understand their needs
  • Coordinate internally and setup action plans to meet client needs
  • Upsell our service to existing clients to grow revenue and placement opportunities
  • Constitute and send out of upsell sales proposals
  • Support to the sales team for pre-sales activities

Experience and knowledge

  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or Sales in the financial sector, preferably in a technology (IT) related business
  • Passionate about Technology and Innovation
  • You have a good degree in finance or equivalent experience
  • You have a good knowledge about portfolio management and financial instruments
  • Clients love to work with you
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone and reach out
  • Willing to travel (1-2 days/week)
  • Basis: Paris
  • Languages: Excellent French and English (oral and written). Any other language is a plus.
